Not another chatbot. Not another CRM. An agent that activates the leads you already have, follows up until they book or buy, and recovers the money already owed to you — so founders can do the work only they can do.
Every Lagos SME we've ever sat with has the same story. Hundreds of leads that never got followed up. Inbound DMs at 11pm that go unanswered until morning. Saturdays disappear chasing buyers who never had the budget. Invoices get paid two weeks late because nobody chased on day 7. The leads aren't missing — they're dying quietly in spreadsheets and ghost WhatsApp threads. The founder is the bottleneck, but the founder also has to grow the business.
Existing tools didn't fit. Foreign SaaS products are built for San Francisco — they speak in dollars, integrate with Stripe, and don't understand owambe season or Detty December. Local tools were either too generic (yet another CRM) or too narrow (just an SMS sender). And every "AI" tool we tried promised the moon and delivered something that embarrassed the founder when it sent a tone-deaf message at midnight.
So we built the thing we wanted to use. An agent that sounds Lagosian. That uses Paystack, not Stripe. That speaks naira, references Banana Island and Mushin differently, and respects how Lagos buyers actually behave. And — most importantly — that never sends without your approval, until you trust it enough to flip the switch.
ReachNG is built by Oluyori Ajagun, a Lagos-based founder with a back-office and risk background. The product is opinionated because it's built by someone who's lived inside the operational pain it solves — not by someone who read about it in a research deck.
Every line of code, every prompt, every piece of pricing logic is ours. We use Anthropic's Claude as the underlying language model, Unipile for WhatsApp, MongoDB Atlas for data, Paystack for payments. The architecture is documented openly in our internal flow diagrams — clients on the Scale plan get a tour.
If this resonates — or if you've got a sharp question about how it'd work for your specific business — we'd love to hear. The fastest way to a 15-minute call is the contact page. We'll show you the agent running on a venue exactly like yours.
